The Development and Community Engagement team at the Center for Community Alternatives focuses on building strong relationships with donors, stakeholders, and the community to promote support for CCA's mission. They work to secure funding through individual giving and grants, while also engaging directly with those affected by mass incarceration to foster empowerment and facilitate meaningful advocacy. By bridging resources and community needs, the team enhances CCA's capacity to drive social change and support the leadership of impacted individuals.
