Omar Márquez is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in education, marketing, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Counselor Community Engagement at The College Board, Omar also contributes as a Communications Fellow and Podcast Producer at Community Change. Omar's experience includes roles as a Learning Design Consultant at Authentic Learning Network, where immersive educational experiences are developed, and as a Restorative Practices Coach and former Middle School Science Teacher at Fort Worth ISD, focusing on student behavior management and project-based learning. Previous positions encompass strategic marketing roles in various organizations, including Manifest Surgery, Chavez & Valko LLP, and Legacy Housing Corporation, where branding and digital marketing initiatives were implemented.
