Rosemary has been a member of the governing Board since 2005. She is also a member of the Center’s program committee. She is a board member of the collaborative venture between the Center and Rifton with MOVE® (Mobility Opportunities Via Education/Experience).
Rosemary holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Special Education with a focus on behavior disorders. She has New York State Certińcates in teaching for general education pre-k to grade 6 and for all grades in special education. She also has a New York State Certification in Educational Administration and Supervision in general education. She also has several credits for a second Masters in Education Administration.
