Katie Beirne Fallon is currently a Board Member at the CENTER FOR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES INC. Prior to this, they served as the EVP Chief Global Impact Officer at McDonald's from October 2020 to July 2022. In this role, they led the Global Impact team in public affairs, government relations, communications, sustainability, corporate philanthropy and community impact, and ESG strategy. From November 2017 to July 2022, Katie served as a Member Board of Directors at Annaly Capital Management where they were also the Chair of the Corporate Responsibility Committee. Prior to that, Katie was the EVP Global Corporate Affairs at Hilton from November 2016 to October 2020. Before that, they served as the Director of Legislative Affairs and Senior Advisor to the President at the Executive Office of the President from May 2013 to February 2016. Katie's first role in politics was as Staff Director at the United States Senate from January 2007 to May 2013.
Katie Beirne Fallon attended the University of Notre Dame for their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government. Katie then completed their Master of Arts in Comparative Politics at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Finally, they earned their Master of Science in Ethnic Conflict Regulation from Queen's University Belfast.
