Mardia is a research consultant at the Center for Environmental and Geographic Information Services (CEGIS) since October 2023. Previously, Mardia worked as an operation executive at KC Overseas from September 2022 to August 2023 and served as an executive office administrator at HOQUE CONSULTANCY from December 2021 to August 2022. Mardia holds a Master's degree in Geography and Environmental Studies and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both obtained from Rajshahi University, Bangladesh, with studies completed from 2019 to November 2021 and from 2015 to 2018, respectively. Mardia also earned a Higher Secondary School Certificate in Science from Jhenaidah Govt. K.C. College between 2011 and 2013.
