Jessica Szczepanik

Jessica Szczepanik currently serves as the Director of Prevention Services for the Center For Family Services, a position held since January 2023. Additionally, Jessica is the Director of Sales Marketing at Get a Grip and More, a store co-operated with a fiancé, featuring a diverse range of products. Involved with Lead New Jersey since January 2016, Jessica is part of a network of leaders focused on enhancing the state. Jessica's extensive background includes roles in various organizations, such as serving as Director of Prevention Services at Prevention Connections and as Program Development Manager at Inroads To Opportunities. Jessica has a strong foundation in education, having worked as a Secondary English Teacher, and holds a Master's degree in Urban Education from New Jersey City University and a Bachelor's degree in Literature from Stockton University. Jessica is also the co-lead vocalist for The Emulators, an 80s cover band.
