Sergey Nikolin

Sergey Nikolin, MBA, is an experienced financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at the Center for International Private Enterprise since April 2024, overseeing all financial operations. Previously, Sergey held the position of Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer at Project HOPE from June 2020 to December 2023, where oversight and strategic direction were provided for finance and accounting functions. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at Partners of the Americas and Financial Controller at Partners Global, managing comprehensive financial activities and compliance. Sergey began a career in financial management with USAID, progressing from Project Accountant to Deputy Controller over a 20-year span, leading various financial operations and training teams. Sergey holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from California State University - East Bay and a Master of Science in Accounting from Moscow State University of Printing Arts.
