Tracy Doaks

Tracy Doaks serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Center for Internet Security, contributing to the development of globally recognized cybersecurity best practices. Additionally, Tracy holds the position of President & Chief Executive Officer at MCNC since 2020. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Director of Service Delivery and IT Director of Special Projects at Duke Health Technology Solutions, as well as Chief Information Officer and Deputy Chief Information Officer at the North Carolina Department of Revenue. Tracy's early career includes roles at Blue Cross NC, North Carolina Department of Revenue, and Accenture, with a focus on clinical informatics and application development. Tracy earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
