Steve Phillips

Steve Phillips has extensive experience in various roles within the audiovisual and event management sectors. Currently serving as a Workforce Navigator at The Center for Youth Services, Inc. since November 2024, previous positions include Rental Technician at Applied Audio & Theatre Supply and Property Manager/Audiovisual Technician at Scott Brown Media Group, where responsibilities involved event setup and client interaction. Additional roles include Warehouse Coordinator at Mirror Show Management, Pickup Desk Coordinator at Lowe's Companies, and Warehouse Specialist at Rochester Exhibit Services. Steve also contributed to community service as an Americorps Member and a Corps Member with AmeriCorps NCCC, and started a career as an Assistant Videographer and Editor for local news. Steve is a graduate of Hilbert College and Penfield High School, holding a Regents Diploma.
