Bonnie Johnson

Bonnie Johnson, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Operations & Total Rewards at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities since April 2023, having previously held the position of Deputy Director of Benefits and Compensation at the same organization since September 2015. Prior experience includes serving as a Legal Secretary at Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP from September 2007 to August 2014. Bonnie Johnson holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources & Organization Development and is pursuing an additional Master of Arts in Human Resources Development at Bowie State University, where Bonnie completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an Associate Degree in Social Sciences.
