Tracey Kliesch

Tracey Kliesch serves as the Head of Member Relations & Solutions at Central 1 since August 2022, focusing on supporting Class A members in the credit union sector. As a co-founder of the Canada DE (Credit Union Development Education) Program since June 2017, Tracey has contributed to fostering values-based financial co-operatives. Additionally, Tracey has been a part-time instructor in Sustainable Business Leadership at BCIT since January 2013, teaching sustainable business models. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Strategic Alliances at Wyth Financial, Business Readiness Partner, and General Manager & CEO at CCEC Credit Union. Tracey's educational background encompasses a Master’s degree in Co-operatives & Credit Unions from Saint Mary's University and several certifications in change management. Specialties include change management, process improvement, digital delivery, and strategic planning, among others.
