Darrin Francom

Darrin Francom has extensive experience in water operations, power programs, engineering, and asset management with the Central Arizona Project, where responsibilities include providing leadership as Assistant General Manager and managing various engineering departments and maintenance divisions. Darrin also serves as Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors for SMRP of Arizona, focusing on workforce development in maintenance and reliability fields. Prior experience includes significant roles within the US Navy, where contract management and oversight of large-scale construction projects were key responsibilities. Darrin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona.
