Leah Minthorn is an accomplished training and organizational development professional with extensive experience in enhancing learning strategies across various industries. Currently serving at Central Arizona Project since September 2020, Leah oversees the development and execution of the organization's learning strategy to align with its Integrated Strategic Plan. Prior to this role, Leah contributed as a Learning and Development Consultant at Vixxo and held multiple positions at Iron Mountain from 2005 to 2020, including Director of Learning and Development, where significant advancements in global learning functions were achieved. Leah also played vital roles at RCN and Nextel™️ Communications, with a strong foundation in mass communications from Emerson College, complemented by leadership training from Harvard Business Publishing.
