Coby W. Smith is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at CARTI since July 2019, Coby previously held the position of Director of Culinary Services at Milestone Retirement Communities from September 2018 to July 2019. Coby's earlier roles include Skilled Certified Executive Chef and Director of Food and Nutritional Services at Arkansas Heart Hospital from July 2013 to September 2018, as well as Certified Executive Chef at Fox Ridge Luxury Retirement from August 2007 to July 2013. Coby began the culinary career at Simply the Best Catering from 2003 to 2007 as a Chef.
