The Directorate Operations Team at the Central Bank of Bahrain is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities and initiatives of various directorates, ensuring alignment with the bank’s mission of maintaining monetary and financial stability in the Kingdom. This team facilitates inter-departmental collaboration, strategic planning, and efficient operations across the Directorates involved in areas such as reserve management, compliance, fintech, currency issuance, human resources, IT, licensing, banking services, inspection, regulatory policy, accounts, and financial stability.
