Carol Marshall

Carol Marshall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, security, and environmental health and safety. Currently serving as the Vice President of HR, Security, and EHS at Central Coast Agriculture, Inc. since September 2019, Carol has a strong commitment to sustainability and innovative practices in agriculture. Previous roles include Vice President of HR, Security, and EHS at SC Johnson, where responsibilities included leading an international security program across 70 countries, and positions at Dell and Microsoft focusing on global logistics security and regional security management in the Asia-Pacific region. Carol's career began as a Special Agent with the U.S. Department of State, where assignments included various roles in Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, a Leadership Certificate from Georgetown University, and ongoing certification with ASIS.
