CENTRAL FIRE DISTRICT OF SANTA CRUZ COUNTY is a Special District serving the City of Capitola and the unincorporated Santa Cruz County communities of Aptos, La Selva, Live Oak, Rio Del Mar, and Soquel. Our Fire Administration and Community Risk Reduction Headquarters are located at: 930 17TH AVE, Santa Cruz, CA. 
February 2021 the two Fire Districts Aptos-La Selva and Central Fire District consolidated, becoming a 7 Station Fire District.
