Daniel Velez

Daniel Velez is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in restaurant and cafe management. Currently serving as the Cafe Manager at Central Market since December 2023, Daniel has previously held key positions, including Assistant General Manager at HG SPLY CO, Service Manager at UNCO, and General Manager at Ascension Coffee Company. With a foundational role in the opening team for Eatzi's Market and Bakery and extensive experience in various managerial roles across Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Starbucks, Savour Kitchen and Cocktail Room, and Timarron Country Club, Daniel has honed skills in staff training, inventory management, event coordination, and customer service excellence. Daniel holds a High School degree in Visual and Performing Arts from DFW Performing Arts, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
