Errol Cyrus

Errol Cyrus, MBA, ICTEAL, OCELT, DTM, currently serves as Graduate Faculty at Central Michigan University and Project Manager at Humber College, focusing on the development of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) frameworks and strategies. Prior experience includes roles as a part-time Program Consultant at George Brown College, where counselling support was provided for students in technical programs, and as Employment Specialist at Spinal Cord Injury Ontario, facilitating job placements for diverse job seekers. Additionally, Errol led operations and training program development at Career Essentials Inc., managed marketing and promotional efforts at Schulich Executive Education Centre, and directed admissions at CDI College, enhancing recruitment for underrepresented students. Errol holds an MBA and a certificate in Transformative Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
