Mark Potts

Mark Potts is a seasoned legal and academic professional with extensive experience in finance, law, and education. Currently serving as a Full-Time Faculty Member in the Department of Finance and Law at Central Michigan University since May 2016, Mark also founded Potts Law, PLC, specializing in startup ventures and corporate law. Previous roles include Assistant Dean of the College of Business and Management at Saginaw Valley State University, and Attorney at WasingerParham, LC, with a focus on civil litigation and business transactions. Mark's early career featured significant roles such as Economic Development Advisor for the Peace Corps and various internships. Mark holds a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Cooley Law School and has education credentials from top institutions including the University of Michigan and Babson College.
