The Customer Service and Program Support team at Central Rappahannock Regional Library ensures quality patron experiences by providing frontline service, managing and maintaining collections, and organizing engaging programs and activities. This team, comprising of roles from Customer Service Specialists to Youth and Adult Programmers, supports both daily operations and special events, ensuring the community has access to valuable resources, expert guidance, and enriching educational opportunities.
