Nichole Walter

Nichole Walter has extensive experience in business development and customer service, currently serving as the Business Development Leader - International at Central States Industrial (CSI) since April 2012. In this role, Nichole manages customer projects, specific quotations, and quality issues while also supporting sales and marketing initiatives. Previous positions at CSI include Product Specialist – Installation Materials and Customer Service Supervisor, where Nichole established policies to enhance the customer experience. Prior to CSI, Nichole worked as an Administrative Assistant at Carnahan, Evans, Cantwell, & Brown, managing accounts receivables and training new employees. Nichole began their career in the hospitality industry at Outback Steakhouse. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business and Spanish from Missouri State University, along with a Management Certificate.
