Jimmy Towers

Jimmy Towers is a board member at Central Texas College. Jimmy previously served in the US Army from November 2012 to October 2017, where they were a Process Review and Improvement Coach and Human Resources Manager. In this role, they were responsible for evaluating two organizations comprised of 200 Soldiers during remote field training and implementing changes which improved training and overall readiness by 25%. Jimmy also designed and implemented a Brigade Gunnery training program which resulted in a 100% increase in crews qualified.

Prior to their role as Operations Manager, Jimmy Towers served as a Fitter/ Welder at Altec from May 1992 to February 1996. Jimmy then worked as a Machine Operator at BYMOCO from October 1990 to May 1992.

Jimmy Towers began their educational career at Central Texas College.
