Stanislav Sereda

Stanislav Sereda is an accomplished Project Manager at the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue since July 2022, with a robust background in public service and governance. Previously, Stanislav served as the National Expert and acting Deputy Head of the Kyiv Office at DCAF, where contributions included co-establishing the office and leading a Gender Assessment of the National Police of Ukraine. Stanislav's experience also includes roles as Head of the Civil Strategic Reforms Team at the National Police of Ukraine and Team Lead at Agriteam Canada Consulting Ltd. In addition, Stanislav held advisory positions with Deloitte and Management Sciences for Health, focusing on human resources, legal frameworks, and public health initiatives in Ukraine. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Commercial Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and a Change Leadership certificate from Cornell University ILR School.
