Cláudia Aragão

Cláudia Aragão is a seasoned researcher at the Centre for Marine Sciences (CCMAR), where work focuses on mitigating climate change impacts in European finfish culture since April 2016. Additionally, Cláudia serves as an Academic Editor at Aquaculture Nutrition and holds the position of Associate Editor at Frontiers in Marine Science, along with another Academic Editor role at Animals MDPI. Cláudia's research history at the Aquaculture Research Group (Aquagroup) dates back to July 2004, contributing insights into stress, growth, and nitrogen utilization in fish larvae, as well as amino acid metabolism in fish. Cláudia holds a Ph.D. in Aquaculture and a Licentiate degree in Marine Biology and Fisheries, both from Universidade do Algarve.
