Kiara Lilian Vargas Raymundo

Kiara Lilian Vargas Raymundo is an experienced professional in process analysis and human resource management. Currently serving as an Analista de Procesos at Centria - CSC Grupo Breca since April 2021, Kiara has a strong background, having previously worked as an Analista - Compensaciones y Proyectos at Softys, where responsibilities included job analysis using HAY group methodology and the design and implementation of a comprehensive salary policy.
