Roy Young

Roy Young is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT service management and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Global Head of Office 365 at Centrica since March 2010, Roy is instrumental in establishing the strategy and delivering Microsoft Office 365 tools for a global user base of 40,000. Prior roles include End User Computing Service Delivery Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing outsourced service delivery, and Problem Manager, focusing on incident analysis and compliance. Earlier experience includes serving as Service Desk Supervisor at Pershing and Team Leader at Getronics, overseeing IT service requests and team performance. Roy holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing from the University of Surrey.
