Jordi Morata

Jordi Morata is a Data Analyst at the Centro Nacional de Análisis Genómico (CNAG-CRG) since September 2018, having previously served as a Post-doc at the Centre for Research in Agricultural Genomics (CRAG) from September 2013 to December 2017, where work involved studying the impact of transposons on the evolution of plant genomes under the supervision of Dr. Josep Casacuberta and Dr. Jordi Garcia-Mas. Jordi Morata holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemistry from the Universitat de Barcelona, completed in 2012, a Master of Science (MS) in Aquaculture from the same institution in 2007, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the Universitat de Barcelona, awarded in 2002.
