Samantha Hays

Samantha Hays is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial management and shared services. Currently serving as Shared Services Manager at Century Aluminum since November 2018, Samantha previously held the position of Shared Services Supervisor at the same company. Prior to this role, Samantha was the owner of Fat Daddy's, LLC from July 2015 to July 2019, and spent over a decade at Kentucky Wesleyan College, where Samantha held dual roles as Director of Budget and Internal Audit and Director of Financial Aid. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Professional Services from the University of Southern Indiana.
