Santina Dawson

Santina Dawson, MBA, possesses extensive experience in member services and banking. Currently serving as Chief Member Experience Officer at Century Federal Credit Union, Santina previously held roles including Vice President of Member Services and Director of Member Services. Prior to this, Santina worked at Huntington National Bank as a Personal Banker and Teller Team Leader. Santina earned a Bachelor’s degree from Central State University and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management in Cleveland.
