Joel Perea

Joel (Bear) Perea has extensive experience in various roles, primarily in operational and technical positions. Currently serving as a Forklift Operator at The Wine Group since April 2023, Joel efficiently manages the unloading and loading of materials using a clamp/blade forklift. Prior experience includes a Tool Coordinator/Assembly role at Lam Research, where semiconductor equipment was assembled, and previous positions as a forklift operator and welder at ThyssenKrupp and Robecks Welding and Fabrication Inc., respectively. Additionally, experience includes working as a Technical Support Representative at Barracuda and as a Team Leader at NUMMI on stamping press and assembly lines for nearly two decades. Educational qualifications include a Certified Welder credential from Cal Trade Welding School, a Certificate in Network Support Technician from the Institute of Technology, and ongoing studies for a Career Certificate in Electronic Technician at Penn Foster Group.
