Rajiv Gaur

Rajiv Gaur is an experienced manager in the biotechnology sector, currently serving as a Manager at Cepheid since January 2023. Previously, Rajiv held the position of Associate Director of Assay Development at Talis Biomedical Corporation, where responsibilities included managing a team for a multiplex respiratory panel IVD product and overseeing a final phase RO1 grant. Rajiv's notable achievements at Cepheid include leading the development and launch of the first point of care diagnostic assay for SARS-CoV-2 in March 2020. Early career experiences include roles as DevOps Tech Lead and Research Scientist at Stanford University School of Medicine, where Rajiv focused on the impact of skin microbiota on immunodiagnosis and drug repurposing, as well as completing postdoctoral fellowships with a focus on latent TB diagnosis.
