Julian Coles

Julian Coles is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and technical roles across multiple companies. Since June 2017, Julian has served as a Member of Technical Staff at Cerebras Systems. Prior to this role, Julian held positions including Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at DSSD from March 2014 to May 2017, and Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Violin Memory from August 2011 to March 2014. Additional experience includes working as a New Product Introduction Engineer/Product Engineer at Brocade Communications from 2002 to August 2011, Engineering/Operations Manager at Flextronics from 1998 to 2002, and Engineering Manager at Sony Manufacturing UK Ltd from 1989 to 1998. Julian holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of South Wales, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
