Helene Peskine

Helene Peskine is an experienced professional in urban planning and architecture, currently serving as the Permanent Secretary of PUCA (Plan Urbanisme Construction Architecture) since May 2017, where a focus is placed on inter-ministerial and partner-based research and experimentation in urban development. Helene also holds leadership roles as President of GIP Europe des projets architecturaux et urbains and is a member of several strategic councils, including Cerema, ADEME, IHEDATE, and Université Gustave Eiffel. Additionally, active involvement includes serving as Secretary General of Comité 21, membership in the board of directors of École nationale supérieure de paysage, and creation and facilitation of the #PEPS platform, which aims to promote a just and equitable ecological transition.
