Laura Hartlieb

Laura Hartlieb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales training and leadership development, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Training & Engagement at Ceribell since March 2019. At Ceribell, Laura has successfully developed commercial sales training programs, customized learning pathways, and national sales meetings, while previously authoring sales playbooks and managing business development initiatives that significantly increased revenue. Laura’s prior roles include senior sales positions at CR Bard, where Laura consistently exceeded sales quotas, and CONMED Corporation, achieving the largest capital sales increase. Laura began their career in education as a Lead Science Instructor, demonstrating a strong foundation in training and development, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Houston.
