Miriam Labrador Bernad

Miriam Labrador Bernad, PhD, currently serves as a Research & Innovation project manager at Certest Biotec, S.L. since January 2023. Previously, Miriam held the position of Técnico de I+D+i en Bioseguridad at AQUAGAN BIOCIDAS SL from October 2020 to January 2023 and managed R&D EU funding projects at everis from July 2019 to July 2020. Miriam's academic background includes a PhD in Ciencia y tecnología de los alimentos from Universidad de Zaragoza, where studies spanned from 2014 to 2018, and a Master's degree in introduction to research in food science and technology from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, Miriam has held various research and veterinary roles, including working as a veterinary intern and laboratory technician at other institutions.
