Antoanne Pontes

Antoanne Pontes is an experienced professional in technology and project management with a focus on business development and innovation. Currently serving as Gerente de Novos Negócios at CESAR since April 2014, Antoanne oversees the integration of product, service, and delivery teams, drives client relationships, and implements business strategies to enhance growth and retention. Previous roles include leading educational project initiatives at CESAR, managing products and projects at Ratto Software, and developing systems at Fundação Getulio Vargas. Antoanne holds a doctorate in Complex Systems Management from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, alongside a master's in Information Systems and additional qualifications in project analysis and management.
