Richard Mulligan

Richard Mulligan is an experienced professional in advisor training and development, currently serving as Vice President of Advisor Training at Cetera Financial Group since November 2021. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of AVP of Advisor Training & Development at Cetera Investment Services LLC from June 2019 to December 2021, and previously worked in various training roles at Foresters Financial Services from August 2004 to June 2019, including AVP, Director of Training, and Training Manager. Richard's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Enterprise Management Technology from the University of Scranton, achieved between 2000 and 2004.
