Sofian Bouachiri

Sofian Bouachiri currently serves as the Global IT M&A and Integration Head at CEVA Logistics since July 2024. Prior to this role, Sofian held several key positions, including Head of the IT Project Manager Team at Ortec Group from January 2022 to November 2024, where strategic IT projects for finance were managed, and served as M&A International Program Manager, overseeing an international acquisition program with Veolia Canada. Sofian has extensive experience in M&A and project management at BNP Paribas, where roles included Consultant and Project Manager for international merger and operational risk transformation programs. Additional experience includes positions at Société Générale as Project Manager for IT cost control management, an internal auditor/finance analyst at Safran, and a financial auditor at PwC Luxembourg, with responsibilities ranging from financial analysis to compliance with international accounting standards. Sofian began the professional career as a junior financial controller and has a Master’s degree in Finance from OMNES Education.
