Prabhash Gamage

Prabhash Gamage is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience in the power and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as an Electrical Superintendent at Ceylon Electricity Board since March 2010, Prabhash oversees the operation and maintenance of multiple high-voltage grid substations. Previous experience includes a role as Technical Officer at Dialog Axiata PLC, where responsibilities encompassed the installation and commissioning of various generations of base stations, and as a Trainee Telecommunication Technical Officer at Sri Lanka Telecom, focusing on data services and network management. Prabhash's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, a Post Graduate Diploma in Electrical Engineering, and a Master's degree in Energy Management, all complemented by a National Diploma in Technology and foundational qualifications in physical sciences from prestigious institutions in Sri Lanka.
