Sumith Upendra

Sumith Upendra has extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as an Electrical Superintendent at Ceylon Electricity Board since December 2010, following a tenure as Senior Engineer and Telecommunications Engineer at Lanka Bell from December 2002 to November 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kelaniya, a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Automation from the University of Moratuwa, a BEng (Hon) in Telecommunication & Electronic Engineering from the Engineering Council in the UK, an Electrical Engineering degree from the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka, and a National Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering from the Institute of Engineering Technology in Katunayake, Sri Lanka. Early education includes attendance at Kingswood College in Kandy and Janadipathi Vidyalaya in Avissawella.
