Thilina Guluwita is an experienced Electrical Engineer with a robust background in operations and project management within the electricity sector, having worked at the Ceylon Electricity Board since March 2010 in various roles including Shift Charge Engineer and Project Engineer. Responsibilities encompass the operation of gas turbines, switch-yard operations, and administrative tasks associated with power generation. Prior to this, Thilina served as a Pre Sales Engineer at Millennium Information Technologies, focusing on IT infrastructure solutions and data center deployments.
