Deborah Dehaas

Deborah DeHaas currently serves as the CEO of Corporate Leadership Center since November 2020 and holds board member positions at CF Industries and Dover Corporation. As a Henry Crown Fellow at The Aspen Institute since May 2000, Deborah has contributed significantly to leadership initiatives. Notably, from January 2017 to June 2020, Deborah held the role of Vice Chairman and Chief Inclusion Officer at Deloitte, where experience included overseeing the National Managing Partner, Center for Board Effectiveness, and managing a large team across multiple states. Previous experience includes a tenure at Arthur Andersen as Managing Partner for the Central Region and Chicago Office. Deborah obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Accounting from Duke University.
