Charlène Jully

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, currently serves as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology, a position held since April 2003, where expertise in clinical documentation and leadership in care plan and patient bedside education are key responsibilities. Prior experience includes roles as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, implementing the A4 Healthmatics ED application, and as a Senior Business Consultant for Kaiser Permanente IT, where modeling of clinical concepts for Convergent Medical Terminology was carried out. Initially, a staff nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, Charlene holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
