Kelly McHugh

Kelly McHugh is an experienced business and process change consultant currently at CFP Energy since April 2024. Previously, Kelly held significant roles at Citi as the Head of EMEA Commodities Business Management and at SEFE Marketing & Trading Ltd as the Head of Commercial Change for Global Commodities & Derivatives Trading. From July 2012 to March 2023, Kelly led the Commercial Change function at Gazprom Marketing & Trading, which focused on business transformation and optimizing processes to enhance commercial activities. Earlier career experiences include key positions at JPMorgan Chase and Marvin & Palmer Associates, with a focus on commodities financial control and operations analysis. Kelly received a degree from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
