Xavier Faz

Xavier Faz has extensive experience in digital finance and technology, currently serving as the Lead for Digital Finance Frontiers at CGAP since May 2014 and as a Senior Technical Advisor at CGAP/The World Bank since December 2008. Previous roles include positions at BANSEFI, where Xavier held multiple leadership roles including D.G.A. IT & Operations and Director of Product Development from July 2004 to July 2008. Xavier's consultancy background includes working as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from July 2000 to June 2004. Early in their career, Xavier worked in software development at AMI Automation and as a Field Engineer at Schlumberger. Xavier holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University, earned between 1998 and 2000.
