The Operations Support team at Cgates is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our technical infrastructure and customer service operations. Led by the Head of Operations Support Systems Unit and CISO, they oversee our support systems and cybersecurity. The Head of Technical Support Department manages technical issues, while the Customer Service and Quality Manager ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction and service quality. Together, they maintain operational excellence and continuous improvement to support our extensive optic cable network and client services.
