Rose Marie A. Clarke

Rose Marie A. Clarke, Ph.D., CMA, currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at CGI since 2019. Prior to this role, Rose Marie held various positions at BDO Canada from 2001 to 2018, including National Director for Learning & Organizational Development and National Director for Learning & Development, where responsibilities encompassed talent management strategies and the implementation of the firm's first corporate university. Rose Marie's academic career includes roles as an Instructor and Research Assistant at NYU Stern School of Business, as well as a Lecturer at The University of the West Indies, Mona. Rose Marie began the professional career as a Staff Accountant at PwC. Rose Marie holds a Ph.D. in Accounting from New York University, a Master’s degree in Accounting from Penn State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of the West Indies, Mona.
