Sreerupa Sengupta

Sreerupa Sengupta is a seasoned professional in workforce planning and talent operations, currently serving as the Workforce Planning Leader at CGI Federal since September 2021. Prior to this role, Sreerupa held various leadership positions at Cognizant from January 2007 to September 2021, including North America Talent Operations Leader, where responsibilities included developing workforce strategies and ensuring alignment between associate aspirations and business needs.
