Tom Harris

Tom Harris is a seasoned technology professional with over 30 years of experience in delivering custom technology solutions. As the Senior Vice President of Consulting Services at CGI since January 2021, Tom supports transformational opportunities across various industry sectors in the U.S. Previously, Tom served as the CEO of HMB from June 1994 to January 2021, implementing a hands-on approach to project delivery that emphasizes value. Earlier career roles include Software Developer at C.W. Costello & Associates and Programmer/Analyst at Columbia Gas Distribution Companies. Tom holds a B.S. in Computer and Information Science from The Ohio State University and is a PMP Certified Project Management Professional.
